Customer Support Representative - Phoenix, AZ
You will be responsible for all aspects of client support. This will include handling client questions via phone, FAX, and e-mail about the Realtor-Search.Org web site, for our company, ICG. You will also be responsible for handling all member upgrades, cancellations, billing inquiries, and support.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
You must have experience working in customer support and have
excellent phone skills and etiquette. You will also need to have experience with the internet. This includes e-mail, the ability to learn html, and general internet site navigation. You must be organized and able to keep accurate documentation on client interactions. You need to be able to type at least 25 wpm with very few errors.
Interested candidates should be self-motivated and able to take direction and offer feedback when needed.

Webmaster - Phoenix, AZ
The Webmaster position will hold the responsibility for all web-related issues ranging from care and maintenance of clients and our company websites. Proven experience developing web sites with interactive componentry. Web site performance monitoring, tracking and tuning expertise. Knowledge of web site layout, testing and building. . Individual needs to be well organized and consistent in meeting project deadlines.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must posses a working knowledge and understanding of the front-end website development process including PhotoShop and Graphic Designs. This candidate must have 1+ year of Web design and development experience, extensive knowledge of HTML and be able to communicate effectively with other technical team members (perl programmers and unix system administrators). A working knowledge of JavaScript, My SQL, Flash, Perl and PHP are a plus.

Perl Programmer - Phoenix, AZ
Are you a Web programmer who has considerable experience developing dynamic Web sites using PERL and CGI.
ICG, Inc. is seeking a web programmer with at least 2 years experience using Web based applications. The candidate must be very well organized and be able to handle projects in a timely manner. Individual must be able to communicate effectively with other technical team members and be easy to get along with.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience in designing and developing dynamic Web-based applications using PERL and CGI is essential for this position. A working knowledge of Javascript, My SQL, C++, PHP is a major plus. 2+ years of working with web technology: Apache, Unix.
